MacKenzie has over 20 years travel industry experience and holds
the Certified Destination Specialist and Certified Travel
Counselor designations from the Travel Institute. She has been
an Aussie Specialist since the program began, has completed
advanced training for Victoria, Northern Territory, Queensland
and Tasmania and serves on the Queensland advisory panel. She
was selected by the South Australia Tourist Commission to be a
